Rental Information

The key to a perfect holiday is knowing you will have the perfect vacation rental and it will be exactly, if not better, than what you expected. Our personalized service and attention to detail is what sets us apart from other rental companies. Our rental homes and apartments are located in the best areas and offer the most amenities.

Vacation Rentals - General Information:

• We welcome Visa and Mastercard. There is a 3% surcharge for all credit card charges.
• Security Deposit: We will require a credit card number with a $500 available credit line upon check-in. We will not charge the card unless necessary.
• A 25% non-refundable deposit required to confirm reservations. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Maid and Laundry service available daily.
• Payment can be made to our U.S bank account. Information will be provided upon request.
• Cancellations made within the 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. We will, however, be happy to rebook for a future date.

Travel Notice: Due to the energy crisis in Nicaragua, the country has been experiencing a shutoff of electrical power each day for 4-8 hours per day. With this power shut-off, we are also experiencing water shut-offs for part of the day. We hope that this is only a temporary problem but feel it is our duty as a professional property management company to inform our clients of the situation.
