Rental Reservation Form - STEP I:



By filling out the questions below you can be well on your way to fullfilling your dream-SPENDING TIME IN PARADISE!
  • We welcome Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is a 3% surcharge for all credit card charges
  • As of January 2013, there will be a mandatory 10% Government Bed Tax added to each rental
  • 25% deposit required to confirm reservations. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
  • Security Deposit: A $250-$500 security deposit, depending on the property, will be held on your credit card until your departure
  • Monthly rentals are required to pay all or a portion of the electric bill. Your card will be charged a deposit of $200-$500 for electric usage upon
  • check-in and any monies due will be reimbursed at check-out
  • Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out is 12:00pm. A late check-out fee of $75 is available with the consent of the GPS office.

Make sure that you include your e-mail address which is a 'required' field and that you proceed to 'step II' which is your credit card information:
