Casa Anita, located only three blocks from the park, is a warm and inviting colonial home. The beautiful archways and decorative columns give this home a true colonial feel. Located only 1.5 blocks from the Merced Church, which has one of the best views in Granada from its bell tower, Casa Anita is close to shops, art galleries, restaurants and the La Calzada tourist center.

Upon entering Casa Anita, you will find a comfortable living area complete with TV and DVD. In the center is a small, open aired garden and pool where you can cool down and relax after a day of sight seeing. A comfortable dining table for six is just off the living area as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Heading upstairs, you will find yourself on an open aired patio overlooking the garden. This is a great place to sit and relax, have your morning coffee or breakfast and enjoy the breezes from Mombacho Volcano.

Upstairs you will also find two bedrooms, both with a queen bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning and private bath. Both also have a private balcony overlooking the garden as well as a TV with cable access.

Other features that make this house so inviting is a half bath downstairs for guests and the full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is a back-up battery system as well as a back-up water system for those occasions when the city is out of either or both. The large entrance doorway slides open allowing a great breeze and lots of light into the living area. There is also wireless internet available in the home.
