Casa Britannia is a two story home located four blocks from the central park. This home is one of the first to be remodeled in Granada and is a true landmark.

Downstairs you will find a comfortable living room, dining room, breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen and indoor garden. The soothing sounds from the fountain can be heard throughout the home. There are artistic touches throughout this home, such as murals and hand painted tiles, which make is a truly special place.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The "Girl's" bedroom has four sets of bunk beds to sleep eight people. There is also a full bath, plenty of closet space and a view of the Guadalupe Church. The “Boy’s” bedroom also has four sets of bunk beds and shares a bath with the "Tutor's" bedroom. The rooms are bright and cheerful with windows that open onto the street. For a special treat, there is a small patio on the third floor to enjoy the views of Granada. To the west you can see the Cathedral, south is Mombacho Volcano and to the east, views of the lake and the Guadalupe Church. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail and watch the sky light up with colors of the sunset.
