Casa Carlotta
Casa Carlotta is a newly constructed home only four blocks from the central park. This is a very unique home which offers you amenities not found in larger homes such as an on premise garage and a swimming pool.
Casa Carlotta is airy and open with the entire downstairs area dedicated to living space. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a bar that seats five. The living area offers comfortable seating and is equipped with cable TV, DVD and Stereo. Fun mosaic fish adorn the swimming pool which is located just off the living area in the main corridor to the bedrooms.
Just past the pool you will find a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is also a large bedroom with twin beds, large dressing area and full bath with shower. The room has air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed, large closet, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a private bath. The bath is unique as it is open aired and has beautiful rock and tile work. There is also a lovely balcony style patio on the second floor which is a great place to enjoy a book or a cup of great Nicaraguan coffee.
