Casa Fonseca is one of Granada’s newest remodels. Located only three blocks from the park and one block from Calle La Calzada, Granada’s tourist center, Casa Fonseca is in a prime location. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shops and tourism locations such as the Convento San Francisco.

Upon Entering Casa Fonseca, you will get the feeling of openness and light. The living area is large and well lit. There are comfortable chairs and a sofa for watching TV, reading or taking an afternoon nap. Just off the living area you will find the open aired corridor, a classic design in Colonial architecture. In the heart of the corridor is the beautiful swimming pool where you can cool off after a day of touring Granada. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a nice seating area with comfortable rocking chairs.

Facing the pool, there are two bedrooms with private baths, air conditioning,ceiling fans, open air closets and writing desks. The master has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a set of twin beds. The rooms are well lit and very comfortable, both with views of the swimming pool from the window.
