Casa de los Sueños is a newly constructed home in the heart of the tourist district. Although the house is only steps away from some of the best restaurants and shopping in the city, it is also quiet and very comfortable.
Upon entering Casa de los Sueños, you will find a large and inviting living area with a 42” flat screen TV, a great music system for CD, DVD and MP3, comfortable sofa, chairs and ottomans to put your feet up and relax. There is a great photo gallery of Nicaraguan children that will make you smile and be eager to take photos of your own.
The corridor area has a beautiful garden area as well as a large bar to sip cocktails and relax after a day of touring. There is a nice sitting area as well as a cozy corner with a comfortable chair to read and relax.
Just off the corridor, you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks or gourmet dinners.
At the back of the house is a large office with a desk and internet connections. There is a daybed in the office which will sleep an additional person. There is also a fully equipped laundry room.
Upstairs, you will find a nice sitting area with two rockers and some fun handmade masks on the wall. This is a nice area to have your early morning coffee and enjoy the quiet of the city. There are two bedrooms upstairs as well, both with queen beds with antique door head boards, ceiling fans, air conditioning and full baths. You can open the windows and get great breezes from Lake Nicaragua almost year round.
Casa de los Sueños is a great vacation home full of local art, antique furnishings, handmade pottery and custom made furniture. It is a quiet location in the liveliest part of the city. What more could you ask for?
