Perla Del Norte
La Perla del Norte is a beautiful newly constructed home located only a few blocks from the center of town. The owners have restored many of the original features such as hardwood floors in the master bedroom, wood staircase with a beautiful hand carved banister and hardwood doors and cabinetry.
Downstairs you will find a large living area with traditional rocking chairs and an antique chandelier. The corridor area has a comfortable sitting area where you can enjoy TV, a movie or just hang out and relax. The dining area has seating for six and is located just off the fully equipped kitchen. The main feature of this area, however, is the beautiful swimming pool which runs the length of the corridor. This is a great place to relax and cool down after a day of shopping or touring.
Just past the kitchen, you will find another small garden area as well as a laundry room and half bath. There are two bedrooms which open onto this green space and share a full bath with shower. Both bedrooms have queen beds, ceiling fans, air conditioning and closet space. They are decorated in bright colors and beautiful antiques.
Upstairs, you will find a large patio with incredible views of the city, especially the spiral of the cathedral. The master has hardwood floors, a queen bed, a full bath, air conditioning, large closet and ceiling fan. There is a wonderful cross breeze and views in both directions.
