Located less than one hour from Managua and 1.5 hours from Granada, Playa Pochomil is a quiet beach town sharing the same beach as Barceló Montelimar. Casa Vista del Mar is situated on a hill, just steps away from the beach. This home is very quiet and is a great place for relaxing and getting away from it all. Comb the beach for beautiful shells and enjoy a fresh seafood dinner in one of the many local restaurants.
Casa Vista del Mar has three air conditioned bedrooms; one queen and two with twin beds. There are two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The focal point for this home is the huge wrap-around porch with great views of the ocean. Relax in one of the many hammocks while enjoying the cool ocean breeze. Dining outdoors is also an option at Vista del Mar with two tables available on the patios.
We are happy to announce the opening of the Gran Pacifica Golf course located just 40 minutes from Casa Vista del Mar. This is a new course with only nine holes available at this time but with 36 planned for the near future. Let us know and we will be happy to put a package together for you to include golf, rental clubs, cart and even transportation if needed.
