Residencia Edgar is located approximately 5.5 blocks from the center of town in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is large and roomy with lots of natural light. One of the first things you will notice is the use of bright colors throughout the house and the fun artwork.
Upon entering the home, you will find a very typical “sala” or living area. Because garages are such a novelty in Granada and very much in demand, the second half of the sala is used as the garage. The other half of the sala boasts a set of four rocking chairs, something found in every house in the city.
The main corridor, which surrounds the open air garden, also provides you with several options to relax. There is a hammock for whiling away the hours; a nice chaise lounge for reading your favorite books; a comfy couch and two chairs to watch TV or just sit and chat, plus, a dining table for six to enjoy a meal or a game of cards. The kitchen in Residencia Edgar is large with lots of light. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare great meals or snacks.
As you leave the main part of the house, you will find a cozy little nook which is set up with a desk and internet connection. There is a half bath located in the hallway as well. The Master Bedroom is large with a queen bed, closet, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan,large closet and connects to the third thorough a shared bathroom. The Third bedroom has two twin beds, air conditioning and a large closet. This bedroom also has an entrance into the garden and pool area. One of the unique things about Residencia Edgar is that the gated pool is outside of the house and surrounded by gardens.
